Very beautiful place and amazing staff! Everything was just perfect! The only thing I didn’t like was there is no AC. It was very hot and couldn’t sleep at night. They brought a fan but was useless. Otherwise everything is perfect.
Very good location and view. Nice reception. Rooms are kind of old and restaurant has very crowded seating especially for 2. Feels like in canteen. We were put all the way to the wall next to a big crowded group. At breakfast with all the empty tables. Had to convince a rude waitress to change our table. Rest of the service was great and food.
Wonderful stay at the Hotel. Amazing service. Dinner at the hotel was fantastic, chef was above and beyond. Treated with coffee as we arrived while waiting for our room(We were early). They arranged a wonderful private boat ride ! Couldn’t recommend more! Thanks again.
Pleasant place, nice spa but a bit of feeling of a elderly house as their target audience is 70. Service at lunch is quite bad, not up to 5* standard.
Lavish and beautiful hotel in an amazing lakeside location. Mountain views spectacular, drinks on the terrace a good experience. Definitely a place to dress up for and savour the luxury. Well worth its 5 stars
Very enjoyable stay at the Beatus Resort. Staff were without exception wonderful and attentive. The hotel has a beautiful location at the lake front and has fantastic views of the mountains. Food is of a very high standard and the dining experience is very enjoyable. Throughout the hotel there are numerous small thoughtful details which add to the experience: Every afternoon there is a cake buffet free for guests, there are themed dinners, in the parking there is water to clean your car windscreen, car park spaces in front of the hotel are reserved for guests. I arrived quite late, despite there being no porter on duty the receptionist offered to help me with my luggage. Spa is nice, especially the areas accessible only to hotel guests (a beautiful relaxation room, and private saunas) my only complaint is that all of the sauna areas open only in the afternoon. It was however wonderful to enjoy the sauna and then directly swim in the lake to cool off. Breakfast starts strictly only at 7.30 which was a little inconvenient because I often had to be in nearby interlaken by 8am. Breakfast is laid out but the lights were only turned on at exactly 7.30, some flexibility here would be appreciated. Definitely a memorable stay and I will surely return. Thank you!
