Unfortunately, we had an unfriendly, listless and incompetent employee from Germany. It's a shame, you can really put the customers off that way. He didn't even listen carefully to what we would have liked.

Leider wurde ich von einem inkompetenten und sehr unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter aus Deutschland bedient. Der Herr hat mich vor anderen Personen über sehr persönliche Anliegen ausgefragt und hörte mir überhaupt nicht zu. Er wirkte sehr verachtend und respektierte nicht, was mit meinem Arzt abgemacht wurde. Durch solches unakzeptables Verhalten kann man schnell Kunden abschrecken. Diese Apotheke hat nach diesem Vorfall mich als Kunde verloren.
