Very nice location with brand new facility and interesting architecture, convenient price for residents

Very convenient for family with kids !........ No animals allowed ! Very near parking (paying). NEAR Swissminiatur, walk Lungolago, tennis, football ground and playground. Plongeoir for young kids. The Place is very safe. Entrance NOT gratis !! Not everyone is happy about the price compared to Bissone with a swimming-pool !
