The comfortable solution for families in the bern area. High level furnished apartments with all what u need to have a base for your star trips in the area. There is a kids club, laundry room (5chf for use), restaurant (extra payment), parking (extra payment), baby cot (extra payment). The place themed after Sherlock holmes and there is also a museum just near the place. All in all u get (and more) what u pay for. I would come back cause the place have much more to offer... (Pay attention to the check out to do list).
Everythink new, perfect bed with comfortabel pilow. Parking in garage. Very very nice! Price was really less. 150-200 euro less than around. We are glad to be here. Really close to the most famous places (grinderwald, lauterbrunnen). Really close train. In apartament: Koffie machine, dishwasher, oven etc. Everythink wat you need for living in really nice condition. For us perfect chose! Somebody wanna woon in chalet for 200 euro more with share bethroom. For us comfort is really important. They change everyday towels and make some clining. Perfect!
The room and the location of the hotel were good. When it comes to the service and the staff working there, its just horrible! The staff at the reception is very rude when you need help, the only nice worker was the young girl at the bar. Also, when we left, we had to change the bedsheets and leave the place sparkling clean, which was the first time that I saw that you have to clean your hotel room when leaving. But not only that, our cleaning was apparently not good enough, so we got a bill for 80.- chf for not leaving the place sparkling clean!! And to add to all that, there were no soaps or shampoos in the hotel, we had to pay 5.- chf for 2 little bottles of shampoo. Check in is the latest that I have seen in all of the hotels. You can not check in before 16:00, and check out is at 10:00!! It is really UNFAIR.
Very modern apartments
Online Buchung verlief perfekt. Vor Ort wurden wir schon draussen freundlich empfangen und instruiert. Check-In war freundlich und alles war vorbereitet. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Alles sehr sauber und bequem eingerichtet. Die Betten waren bequem und es war sehr ruhig. Die Bahn nebenan hört man kaum und fährt nur all 30 Minuten. Der Spielraum für die Kleinen ist super und der Game-Raum für die grösseren Kids hat auch Spass gemacht. Für den Einkauf ist der Bäcker, Migros und Coop in Laufdistanz in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zur Gondel ist es auch nicht weit. Aufgrund der Corona-Situation war halt vieles zu oder nicht im Angebot. Die Covid-Vorschriften werden gut umgesetzt und man fühlt sich sicher.
Sehr schickes und stylisches Resort in perfekter Lage in Meiringen. Die Ferienwohnungen sind - und das ist nicht üblich - sehr attraktiv und komfortabel möbliert und nahezu perfekt ausgestattet. Leider ist das Skigebiet nicht optimal, am ehesten für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet.
