Walking through a giant sculpture formed by God with a path that's carved by people. A must visit spot in Switzerland. Best time to visit is after the crowds are gone, so about 5pm on days when they open late in summer. An easy walk so good comfortable shoes with good grip will do. The train station at the East gate is really special. It's the first train station I've been too that's in a tunnel.

This is the recommended entrance for Aare gorge, as it has a bigger parking lot ! The Aare gorge itself is beautiful place and a must visit, But it’s bit crowded on weekend even with current COVID situation. It’s approximate 2km walk till the east entrance and it’s a easy terrain, few places are little difficult for baby strollers though. We can return on the same path or there is a train as well.

Beautiful and easy hike through the gorge. These times a mask must be worn as you can not keep distance when passing in the narrow gorge. Definitely a tourist outing that must be done.

Beautiful gorge and an easy ca 45 min walk. A little crowded at times, but I managed to walk the back and forth while 8 months pregnant so it's doable even if you're not in particularly good shape or able to walk very well. It's all fairly flat, but there are some stairs at the East entrance to go up to the restaurant there. I preferred the views going from west to east, but the walk is slightly easier in the other direction. For people with kids there's a small play park at the west entrance as well as a restaurant. It's also a nice activity for a hot day as most parts are in the shade and fairly cool. I highly recommend!

Nice easy walk with gorgeous views. You can walk to the other entrance and take a train back or simply walk back. It's possible to do it with children but I do not recommend strollers as it is narrow and you have stairs in some parts.

Visit if you are nearby. It's beautiful and there are other sights (Reichenbach Falls) at short distance.

Good place for a day trip with family and friends, pet friendly and can be covered within 2-3hrs, No special tracking gadgets required, awesome view of valley and Aare river flowing in between, it is cold inside the valley check the weather before your visit, best day to go when it is sunny, parking is just in front of entrance, happy tracking :)
