When you think of Switzerland what do you think? Quality, design, responsible people right? Then why on earth is a company like Madela operating in Switzerland? Or is it their Chinese supply chain that is the problem? Specifically the quality of breast pump is something that this company and their CEO should be embarrassed about. Quit schlepping your poor designs all over the world as if they are something to be proud of and start making the quality that moms deserve. You caused me a huge emergency and I ended up buying a Kombi product that has worked fantastic. But still, what a shame I expected so much more from this company.

Extremely unfriendly client service. Breastfeeding mothers are tricked into thinking that the rental of milk pump will be covered by Swiss health insurance. It's only when the mother delivers the Medela machine back, that she discovers the incredible daily rate of of rent. If there is any other solotion available I would recommend the midwifes at hospital to suggest renting elsewhere.

Enorm speditiver und zuvorkommender Kundenservice! Entgegen den negativen Äusserungen meiner Vorredner bez. Des Kundendienstes bin ich sehr zufrieden. Die Medela-Produkte, also nicht nur die Pumpe, auch die Flaschen, Aufsätze etc. Überzeugen mich. Wir benutzen mittlerweile nur noch Calma für unseren Sohn, dabei kommt die Milch nicht so schnell wie bei allen anderen Flaschen. Bei einem kürzlich aufgetretenen Problem mit der Pumpe wurde schnell reagiert, ich bekam quasi sofort Ersatz geliefert, der Kontakt war zudem sehr freundlich. Würde Medela jederzeit weiterenpfehlen.
