Alexandre is very thoughtful, attentive and knowledgeable. I now have a very detailed report on what my eating and everyday habits should be according to my dosha — just what I've been looking for. Also, Alexandre speaks amazing English, which definitely helped me a lot. Can't recommend enough.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. If I had the means I would seriously do it every day. I was a bundle of nerves in haywire when I first arrived to his office and after one hour, I felt so this instant calm, serenity and relaxation! I could feel my blood pressure just decreasing and my anxiety melting away. Seriously amazing, I can't recommend enough.
I can highly recommend Alex’s Sirodhara massage! After I had numerous treatments after my burnout some years ago, I went last Friday again as I felt restless, nervous, fast breathing and on low energy lately. Being mother of 3 boys and working full time in a dedicated manner requires a lot of energy and commitment. Alex’s session gives me a restful break, he listens carefully, shows sympathy and care and adapts the treatment to your situation. If you do it please plan for a calm time afterwards as your body goes into a rest mode and the treatment will be very effective!
