We rented snow shoes as a group, charged once doubled the sticks and one shoe broke during the beginning. That can happen but the reaction of the owner, asking if we knew what a cell phone is and that we should pay for it was really disappointing. In the end we did not pay for it but didn't like your treatment and the fact that use of items was not taken into account.

Die Dame die da arbeitet ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Herr allerdings, wohl der Besitzer, ist sehr unfreundlich und garnicht hilfsbereit. Schlussendlich musste ich meine Ski selber einstellen weil die Ski anscheinend kaputt sind obwohl ich sie 1 Tag zuvor gekauft habe. Schnell Vorurteilen nur weil sein Geschäft wohl nicht so läuft. Dazu kommt dass die Skischuhe die für die Vermietung zur Verfügung stehen komplett anders sind & aussehen als auf der Webseite. 25.- für 1 Tag miete ist sehr übertrieben besonders haben die Skischuhe niemals so einen Wert. Einmal und niewieder. Nicht empfehlenswert.
