Had my MRI and got told by the doctors at the hospital that only my ACL was torn, so I went home & started physio. 2 weeks later I still hadn’t gotten my rapport and scan so I called the hospital on 25th of February and a very arrogant woman picked up, said “No! Speak French!” and hung up 4 TIMES when I called and asked to talk to someone in English. Later I finally got a hold of someone who promised to send the documents. I never received any documents & another hospital had to call you again on my behalf. I then found out, through the doctor at the other hospital, that pretty much all ligaments in my knee are torn and that surgery should’ve taken place urgently, weeks ago. How can you not make sure this urgent and serious information is received by the patient??? I’m frustrated and angry with how I got treated, I experienced very arrogant attitudes.

Our Saturday night visit, post Christmas, to the emergency room was stressful, as any time one has to deal with an emergency, but the whole staff was just amazing: fast, knowledgeable, very friendly and caring, even though they had many stressful moments that night, challenging patients and as we are in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Big thanks! The procedures an set-up were like any other top and highly ranked hospitals in the US and the German part of Switzerland that I've visited.

Thousand stars !! I was operated on the LCA (anterior cruciate ligament) by the Team of Dr. Cedric Peres and could not have done better. Fantastic! Very competent and excellent professionals! The whole team in the hospital, from the nurses, the operative block team, anesthetists, assistants, all fantastic people! Excellent hospital team, Many thanks to everyone !!

Ich bin mit einer offenen Wunde zum Notfall. Nach ca.3h wurde ich noch nicht behandelt, obwohl ich etwa. 1.5h die einzige wartende Patientin war. (Es kam auch keine Ambulanz an). Ich ging dann zu einem anderen Notfall wo ich nach 5min behandelt wurde.

Je suis entrée à l'hôpital de Martigny pour une opération de l'épaule. J'ai vraiment apprécié tout le personel soignant. Beaucoup d'humanitude et de gentillesse, toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions. et très efficace malgré le stress dû à la Covid. Merci!

Immédiatement pris en charge aux urgences un samedi soir pour une colique néphrétique, j’ai été impressionné par la qualité des soins dont j’ai bénéficié. Le personnel soignant est disponible, compétent et chaleureux. L’information patient est excellente. C’est un excellent hôpital.

Il est 3h18 le 23 mai 2020 suis arrivée à 1h50 avec énormement de peine à respirer et très mal à la tête. La prise en charge tip top. Un grand merci. Rapide, avenante, professionnelle que fut cette prise en charge et supers sympas l infirmier et ses 2 collègues.
