I' ve rarely experienced such incompetence, ignorance and entitlement. The service is just mediocre, you're are completely left in the dark concerning proceedures regarding your job, such as the payroll, the insurance system, or your unemployement compensation after your job/mission. Basically everything you need to know when applying first time in Switzerland and they should inform you on. It's a big joke , especially since they make money off you're work. A complete headache and waste of time.
