Got very poor service . To questions about products she said she had thousands of products and could not say ! The woman who attended to me kept breaking off to attend to others who came in after me . To questions about type of materials in some of the products she was again not helpful
Terribly overpriced, no return policy, no customer support. I will never come back again

Abzocke? Im Shop ein Produkt erworben für 189.- welches online überall sonnst für 62.- angeboten wird. Auf Nachfrage kommt richtig freches Mail.... schade. Nie wieder! Gibt ja genügend seriöse Anbieter.
Leider sehr teuer. (z.B. 10 mysize Kondome fast 30.-) Sortiment ist knapp okay und das Personal stets sehr freundlich. Leider viele Artikel nur auf Bestellung und wirklich unverschämte Preise auch für Schweizer Verhältnisse. Oftmals doppelt so teuer wie in anderen Shops. Wenn man etwas unbedingt sofort benötigt okay ansonsten leider Abriss.
Mega teuer und keine rückgabe auch bei noch verschlossenen Produkten!!
