Nice place, amazing service, it has saved my life when in Geneva to be able to catch my plane when all other places were fully booked. I strongly recommend it. Well done also on the taxi driver waiting in front od the test center :)

Swift stuff. Got the results on a Saturday from a lovely lady who works at 10:46PM at night. Booya
They made 4-5 mistakes, and they were also not doing the PCR test in order of arrival. My father and I went together at the same time and for me it took much longer because they were doing the test to people that arrived later than me.
Very bad service on the phone. I was trying to get some information about a COVID-19 test and the woman who was on the phone was impatient to hang up on me. Service client 0...
We made appointments for pre-travel PCR tests but the centre was closed at the time of the appointments, despite having received an email confirmation. There was no way to contact them as their call centre was not operational either.
Very efficient and professional.
Aéroport : temps d'attente interminables, personnel à peine formé (ou pas motivé), ligne téléphonique qui ne répond jamais ni ne rappelle. Bref, franchement pas terrible. Préférez un autre centre de test.
Deux doses de vaccin covid (pfizer) parfaitement organisés (SMS de confirmation, l'heure de rdv respectée, terminé en 15 min, le certificat delivré sur place et aussi envoyé par e-mail immédiatement), le personnel agréable, efficace et professionnel. Merci.
