Ignore the old negative reviews. Camping is under NEW OWNERSHIP from January 2020. This is one of the best sites we have stayed at in Switzerland. Very peaceful and relaxing setting with the sound of the river and stunning views of the mountains. Super clean facilities, and a friendly Owner who made us feel very welcome. Excellent English spoken as well. Highly recommended and superb value.

We arrived and wanted to stay 1 or 2 nights, but we ended up staying 9 nights. The people (and two white dogs) are so, so friendly! And we could talk English, German or French. They have great advice things to do in the area and regurarly check if there's anything they can do for you to make your stay the best stay possible. The option to order some bread from the local bakery and the cold beers at the reception was a nice extra. The view from the campsite is so beautiful. We are definitely coming back. Even after 9 days, we still have a lot of hikes we would like to do in the area. If you like to hike or bike, you should definitely come and discover the nice surrounding.
The new owner is super nice, speaks all the languages and advised me about hiking trips in the surrounding area. The campground has an amazing view. The bathrooms are a bit old, but spotless and functional. The camp spots are spacious. The road gets quieter during the evening.
Beautiful views, quiet \family\ place. Ignore all those old negative reviews - since the 2020 season, the campsite is under new ownership. Mr. Zimmerman is the most welcoming and friendly host one can imagine. We stayed over a weekend with our 3 small children - already before arrival, he suggested a pitch he believed was best for kids (big, close to facilities and playground) and reserved it for us. He was always around, ready to help or advice in German as well as in English. We have been to plenty of campgrounds, but never felt so welcome like here. Thank you, Mr. Zimmerman!

This is definitely one of my favorite Campsites ever. Mr Zimmerman really goes out of his way to make sure his guests have the best stay possible. he is Always available to help you out or just to have a chat. I hope next time we can have a beer together. Greetings from Michelle and Lukas
Stayed here for 2 nights. The owner was super-friendly, happy to speak English or German, recommended pitch direction because of the wind direction and checked several times that everything was OK for us. Ignore the previous negative reviews, things must have changed drastically since then! Facilities are basic but perfect if you like a small peacful campsite, with green grassy pitches and not the all too common \caravan city\ then Fully recommend.
At Dany’s camping we stayed for 2 nights as a couple with a small tent. Our host Oskar was very friendly and always willing to help. The place is small and cute, only -35 places which are divided well as they feel spacious. The camping is centrally located in between Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen. Great places to do hikes for all levels. Covid rules are perfectly followed and the place is super clean.
