The prices are through the roof, the employees are incompetent. On the other hand the shop is very central and has a wide selection. Edit after op answer: I agree about prices, they are subjective, i was only comparing them to other shops I've been to. However, i can objectively call an employee incompetent, as long as they don't know their way around the store, they don't know where a group of products is, they don't know their product selection even and after all that they try to sell me a product i don't want after being told they don't have what i need.

Looks small from the outside, but has 4 floors with everything you might need and more.
Great place to get art supplies.
Overpriced, I checked the prices and got the exact same paper in coop city much cheaper. Staff is not willing to help

Die Papeterie in der Stadt Luzern die sich vom Warenhaus unterscheidet. Im 2. Stock kann mann selber seine Dokumentation binden oder Laminieren oder... und dies kostenfrei. Natürlich muss man das Material bezahlen. Freundliche und kompetente Bedienung!
