We called the shop for information about a female wallet. A very friendly lady Que answered the phone and told us that wallets were at the shop. We drove to Luzern and Miss Que knew instantly about the wallet and helped us fantastic. I am a Victorinox fan, have all kind of Victorinox products. Love it very much. Que is a great representativ and sales lady for Victorinox, thank you Que.
