We were on vacation in the Lucerne area when our car suffered a malfunction that would prevent us from driving further. We contacted Steiner BMW who received us in the middle of lunch hour, diagnosed the problem with our car, provided us with a replacement car while our car got repaired overnight. The service was outstanding and efficient. They saved our vacation and we will always be grateful. Mr Sopi in particular was very professional. Thank you to all the staff at Steiner BMW!
Horrible Experience with Leasing - I professionally prepared and returned the my 650ix after 3 year on the specified date and because I leased an M850 BMW at a competing garage have received the cliche unprofessional and poor treatment when returning the car. See pictures of the car that went back combined with the unprofessional email, illegal and un reasonable demands and sloppy unprofessional calculation -After a good customer experience over the years Im very disappointed !!! Especially when leasing an new flagship BMW - the customer experience is broken-

Most expensive leather seat ( merino)cracked after 1 year of use and they dont have any person to check if its under warranty or not. For such a quick check they want to have the car for entire day and need to pay replacement car rental if they dont accept under warranty. Funny
