It was an immense pleasure taking part in the city guided tour. We had a great experience last October with a very kind lady who replied with enthusiasm to all the questions we had and who taught us a lot about Luzern and its history. I had never had such an agreeable guide. She was very friendly, had a lot of passion about what she told us about, she varied the tour and broached a lot of subjects: history of course, but also arts, geography, current affairs, technical professions, traditions, religion, etc. She told us facts as well as anecdotes, she made sure we understood what she said, she was very competent and knowledgeable. I was at first reluctant because of the price, but I never regretted spending this nice Wednesday morning with this guide. I would recommend it without any hesitation. Hats off to the guide! (I don't remember her name, maybe something like Prisca - she had a problem with her eye probably because of the wind). Thank you very much for this wonderful memory, we loved it!
