Please don't order taxi from here. If you are a foreigner planning your trip ahead this is not the one for you. Here is what my situation was: I was ordering taxi for my relatives (3 adult, 2 kids less than 2 year old). They are traveling from Germany. They have a local Switzerland phone number but it was not working in Germany. So I called them from another phone number and ordered the service. Next day I called the phone number they have provided on their website to update the Switzerland phone number. But he said that is not possible and hung up the phone. I called several times to cancel the service that I already booked. He never picked for long time seeing my number. Finally when he picked, I told him that I already ordered the service and would like to cancel the order. He simply said I was lying and he hung up the call again and again. This guy was really horrible. Never seen an European behaving like this. Please don't this taxi. There are many taxi services.
