My RAINS backpack that I ordered just came in the mail. Looove it 10/10 which is more about the product then the store but the fact that it came in a good condition tells something about the store as well. Communication with them was smooth, the shop assistant I talked to on the phone was very helpful and nice. This store reminds me of Freshlabels we have here in Prague. Only the prices are higher. But I guess that's Switzerland:)
