Best chocolate ever, no joke ! Their « glacier » chocolate, the white one, is to die for. For the individual pieces, go for the « Praliné Grand Cru Ecuador » and feel that passion fruit note. The staff is always helpful and smiling. Any store in Switzerland is clean and warm. Congrats
Yummmm, this is one of the best dessert shops in Luzerne. I didn't find it expensive. Large selection of desserts to choose from like macaroons, cake pops, croissants, pastries, all types of candies, juices, shakes, coffee. Customer service is good. Long line sometimes but totally worth it!!!
Friendly staff, delicious chocolate. To those not receiving good customer service, I found that speaking a little bit of German went a long way. Despite being tourists, we were treated politely.
They have some best chocolates I've tasted. Price seems quite high but still the taste worth for money.
Only one person serving in what appeared to be a pretty busy store, at least when we were there. Chocolate was pretty yum but not the Swiss perfection we were expecting, particularly given the price tag.
Wide selection of chocolate types and flavors, staff is friendly and helpful and the chocolate itself is great!
