Very good experience of staying with family (2 kids). Kitchen is small but sufficient for a week stay. Kitchen utensils are ample and in very good condition. Beds are convinent. Big TV, unfortunately you cannot connect your firestick as the TV is mounted to the wall. Property is kids friendly. Connectivity to the Lucerne main station is amazing and convenient. All in all a very good experience. Please view the pics within the post to get a view of property and it's amenities.

This is very comfortable apartment. We were 4 in family and the space is more or less adequate. The reception system is automatic right from collecting apartment key. The kitchen was excellent. The locality was cool. Grocery store is very close and it is very helpful. Only problem is the bath area which is not enclosed properly and water flows out. This makes the area a little untidy.

I have been at this place 3 times in last 2 years and the apptt. had all the facility for our long stay of 15 days every time and it was affordable too for a solo Traveller. Now this year I wanted to book the same place for 15 days but the price has been more than doubled and now it is not going to be affordable, the reason only known to HITrental so I'm looking other options even I don't wish for the same.

Overall the place is decent. Close to amenities and bus stops. The rooms are bright with a balcony. Amazing views looking onto rhe mountains.

The only reason for me giving this rating was because did not feel it was child safe. We were on 2nd floor and the window (roof to floor) has no barriers. In their defense the window door opens 12 cm but me being paranoid felt my 2 year can easily sneak out in certain angle. Apart from this we had an excellent stay. The check in experience was very good. We had detailed instructions. Room was good. I went to rental office couple of time and I was pleased with the experience. If you are not too worried about a mischievous kid who loves exploring, this is a decent place to stay.
