Great place for souvenirs and especially for chocolates, they have very attractive packages and offers. Shopping for middle class. Swiss quality. Affordable prices. Wide variety of chocolates, cuckoo clocks ,dresses, bags,swiss knives and cutlery along with gift articles. Courteous staff. Atmosphere is friendly.

For the shopping of souvenirs while at Lucern, Casa Grande offers an excellent choice. The shop is on Grendelstrasse, few steps away from the bus parking area. Though of modest size, it extends over three stories. An enormous variety of merchandise is available here. There is a tiny but exclusive section for cuckoo clocks. Innumerable varieties of chocolates instantly tempt the customers. Not to mention, the traditional choices like keychains, crockery & T-shirts are equally available. Even though a vast number of tourists converge at the place, still one can accomplish his quest comfortably.

Popular store selling diverse items, notably swiss arm knives by Victorinox; with an option to custom print your name on them. Also, cuckoo clocks are available. However, the same items are much cheaper online than in the store. Washrooms and water-bottle refilling station available.

My wife and I purchased our first cuckoo clock for our 30th anniversary. Pat did excellent job in steering us in the right direction. We probably spent at least 1 hr. visiting about the different ones and quality features. He is sure is an asset to the company. Very knowledgeable. Thanks!

This is an excellent shop for tourists to buy swiss chocolates in bulk. This shop is 3 floors and can be identified by the flags that are right in the front. The shop is located right near the Lake Lucerne is Lucerne. An ideal place to but chocolates, swiss knifes, souvenirs and local swiss stuff.

Went here to buy souvenirs. The staff were nice and accommodating. Spoke good english as well. Even suggested to us to claim tax refunds on our purchases and were patient enough to repeatedly prepare the tax certificates. There were souvenirs, chocolates, watches, swiss army knives, among others and they entertained all our questions patiently. The prices were a bit expensive though. They also had a nice little hand sanitizer dispenser outside because of the COVID!
