Nice place to simple traveller or who does not have a lot luggages. It is not star hotel but nice. All self check in and check out. I was there at weekend so there was no reception but it is clear clean. Will be back for my next stop in Luzern
Very clean and neat. You really do get what you expect and what you pay for. Very good stay for one night along the way. Capsules are comfortable, of course it's no luxury 5-star hotel but it's a good sleep. You have two power outlets and enough lighting. The capsules are closable from the inside, but you can also store your luggage in the lockers or on racks (bring a padlock for the lockers!) check-in is not the easiest because it's digital, but it's well explained, just check your email! The bathrooms are nice. There are three small rooms with a shower, toilet, sink and mirror. Nice to use. As for the area, it's not too far from the main station and city which is fine. It's not too easy to find because the main door is on the side of a building, but Google Maps should help ;) Definitely would go here again if I have to make a stop in Luzern. Also rlly good airconditioning!

I was totally surprised by the size of the capsule. The pillow and blanket were of good quality. In particular, I was thrilled by the quality bath towels. The sanitary facilities are cleverly thought out. In the living room I had some exciting discussions with local entrepreneurs. Good coffee :-) Luckily it has air conditioning, otherwise it would have become a bit warm. I'll be back!
The concept is really cool. Loved the space theme.
Location: Solid. In the city of Lucerne. Capsules: I've seen better, but good considering it's probably the first of it's kind in Europe. Convenience: Very convenient. Everything is automated. People: Met something interesting people. There was a decent amount of people milling around. Internet: Very fast. Washrooms: a bit cramped with the toilet being in the same cubicle as the shower.
Great experience. Everything clean. I would prefer if you could close the capsule from the outside, if bathroom and showers were seperated and a better breakfast cooperation. There are so many great places in Lucerne to eat breakfast, you can find a better cooperation than an Asian Fast Food Take Away.
