I ordered two items online during lockdown. Both did not fit and were sent back. After two weeks I am still waiting for a confirmation from their side that the items have arrived. It is really a pity and the excuse from customer service that their logistics department is busy is void after 14 days. Spent 10s of thousands of francs with them in the last few years and will now look for another jeweler of choice.

I was 2 times there. Once was in January 2020, looking for 1 carat diamond ring. Once was September looking for kids jewelry. Unfortunately both times was disappointed. Staff are friendly, but i don't feel any motivation from them for selling. Even in Covid 19 crises, when they lost the most tourist revenue, the motivation is still not bigger than before.
Lots of high end watches with some mid end ones as well. Most importantly is there is a public washroom inside the shop that's at the basement

The go-to place if you’re looking to compare various Swiss watch makes at one go! Rolex as usual did not have their popular sports models in stock... Still worth a visit if it’s your first time in Luzerne.

I am Asian, but no any Asian SA is willing to assist me. They just stand still, say nothing and give cold look. I end up buying from the young Swiss SA , he is so nice and helpful.
