Trusted store for everything re Snowboarding and Bikes, according to their name. However, I can only review their performance re Snowboarding. First of all, they are equipped with vast knowledge about the thing they do! Furthermore, they are day to day out on the beautiful white hills, so they authentically consult you. And honestly, my visit didn’t feel like a sales-conversation. It was more kind of how I am today and what kind of issues I have during my snow ride. I am totally recommending these people to you!

They don't have many brands, but a wide range of Specialized bikes, maybe a few more, I don't know. Anyway, you are really good at what you do. I like to spend money out there.

Bought a very nice bike here in 2013. A Specialized gravel bike before gravel bikes were cool (they talked me into it...no regrets). What was particularly helpful, though, is when that bike was stolen in 2020 and I needed the receipt for insurance, they found it and got it to me right away! Would go back for a new bike, but we live too far away now...

This shop looks professional but:I have brought my brand-new frame out of the box for refilling the brakes and do the internal cable routing. After getting back my bike I saw that the frame was scratched on the top tube. Also, my ZIPP seat post was scratched and the logo was half gone. The disc brakes on the left were only half filled. Almost 3 months of emails and phone calls, I did not get my problems solved. Very disappointing. Had to go to the shop to get my money back. Cannot recommend this shop.

I hired a Specialised road bike for the St Moritz Triathlon and to ride in Switzerland in August 2018. The bike was top class / TOP of the range, current season and lovely to ride. The service was personal, professional and seamless. Tobias was super helpful when I was booking the bike from overseas and helped me work out some good rides locally to me in Switzerland. The shop is very well kitted out with some very neat kit for biking and boarding. I’d highly recommend board local bike local and will return again next year. Thanks again Tobias for all of your help!

I rented a bike from Bikelocal for one day, and it was a great experience end to end. I emailed to reserve a bike, and the response was prompt and had all the information I needed. I showed up the day of the rental, and the bike was ready, including a seat bag with tube, levers, and multitool. They even put a Garmin mount on the bike so I could use my Edge. The bike itself felt smooth and handled great. All the staff were helpful, competent, and professional. My German is terrible, but their English is great, so there were no communication issues. I would definitely recommend getting a bike from this shop if you want to tour around near Luzern.
