Stay away from this wine shop! Bertrand is a very rude person that takes absolutely zero responsibility for the products he sells. He refused to take back faulty bottles and claimed he had no responsibility for the wine he actually sold.

My experience reflects exactly what has been said by Mr. Samuel Nyffeler previously. Not only the owner is an aggressive, mean and disrespectful person to avoid at all costs, but his terms of sale are also terrible: NO returns for damaged wines, absolutely NO discounts whatsoever. There are a lot more wine merchants in Switzerland now to choose from and most are excellent: Arvi, Gazzar, Le Passeur de Vins, Le Millésime, In Vino Sitis, Mövenpick Vins, Flaschenpost, Paul Ullrich AG, etc.
