Car pick up not at location, 30 mins walk from Paradiso location.
Car: Excellent Reception: clumsy, \computer does not work\. Car not on site but in Noranco, no hand-out, just oral description where to find the car. Sixt in Noranco difficult to find, not sign-posted. Return: Parking difficult to spot in the dark in Noranco. No drop box for key in Noranco and no instruction where to drop off key
Got a nice Mini for the \Lucky Car\ promotion. Make sure your tank is completely full when leaving!
Amazing and uncomplicated! Nice vehicle, really well equipped! Loved the car! The only questionmark was the document in the mail that You said I have requested. But I didn’tt request a thing. I knew that there wasn’t any new damage of the car but this entire document with all the prior bumps and scratches scared me at first until I saw: New bumps: none! I would send the mail with the message: “Thanks for using our services. The car has been checked. Everything okay. Hope to see you soon again”
A disaster, avoid absolutely this company. The price of the renting will be at least doubled, the véhicules are in bad shape and when you give them back they ask you to pay for the repair of previous damages!
1) The individual who accepted my car was the same person who gave me the car. 2) This individual did not take the time when giving me the car to do any walk around the vehicle to assess the state of the condition, nor had any discussion with me about the car. I wanted this to happen, and has been the case with many other Sixt rentals I have done in my life. 3) Today, when returning the car, the same individual finds 2 small scratches and a dent on the car. The small dent was visibly there when we took the car. The scratches are so small that they were not noticed by me when I recieved the car. 4) I was told that the Sixt damage center will assess and bill me if necessary. 5) I immediately called a Sixt rep via phone to log a complaint but this person said he could not help. Also highly unprofessional. To say the least, I am extremely disappointed in how this has transpired. I did not cause the damage. I would ask Sixt to demonstrate with photos of the car before I took it, showing clearly no scratches or a dent, with the time stamp of delivery of my contract. Otherwise I expect the full return of my deposit as I did not cause the damage.
Worst Car rental experience I have ever had in my life.
