Food: 2* Food was ok but we certainly expected a higher level of taste and quality of the meal. Desert (cheesecake) was unfortunately not as good as expected. Service: 3* Waiters were attentive at the start of the evening and took the drink orders quickly. Food order arrived within 20 minutes of placing the order. At the end of the evening, the desert order was wrong but that was not a bad thing as the cheesecake order was disappointing. Value for money: 3* On the expensive side, but being a hotel it could be expected. There are other restaurants near the hotel for better value for your money. Ambiance: 3* Good view of the lake and Lugano. Not the best setting for a family, but has potential for a romantic dinner setting. Visit again: 2* Probably not. Ease of reservation: Not applicable. Parking: 4* Parking is available at the hotel. Distance from the city: 3* Well located with easy access to public transport.

Pausa pranzo settembrina, potendo godere ancora del bel clima sulla terrazza all'aperto. Ho mangiato un buon piatto di pasta in un ambiente tranquillo e rilassante. Nota di demerito al personale, all'arrivo al bistrot sono rimasto a lungo in piedi davanti al bancone all'ingresso finché non è arrivato un cameriere a dirmi \Dica\ ... dica??!!
Fantastica location con splendida vista lago e sulle montagne luganesi. Ottima focaccia gourmet con Salmone affumicato, avocado e insalata. Vivamente consigliato, ritornerò!
Très joli lieu, sobre et chic à la fois. La carte est variée mais en mangeant un poulet \diabolique\ je m'attendais à quelque chose de plus goûtu... Sinon rien à dire.
