We went on a crowded night and we were willing to be patient to be seated. After we were seated, waiters wouldn't come get our order and didn't even ask if we wanted to drink anything. Only one waiter over the 6 that were there was helpful and nice. The other just passed by or sat down doing nothing when we were trying to get their attention. One the waiter was actually hitting on me instead of doing his job. Overall very poor service. The food was ok but they served the red wine very cold.

Stopped for lunch here during a one day trip to Lugano. Great friendly service and a nice menu. Opted for the typical cheese fondue to share which was amazing. Two kids meals of spaghetti Bolognese were also tasty. Lovely location in the square.
