Trip from Malpensa to Lugano was awful. Literally no air. No climatiseur. And the roof window closed. The driver who speaks no English would not bodge even after an Italian customer would complain. So, if you care, check the temperature before leaving the airport and buying your ticket. And wait for a proper bus.

Avoid at all costs. Despite reservation the BUS never arrived and we had to hastily arrange another bus. STAY AWAY!
This company is a fraud. We bought bus tickets from lugano to malpensa from their online store, but never received them via e-mail as promised. They don't answer their telephone, nor any e-mails, and the office in lugano is also closed, so you just can't solve the issue with them.
Non rispondono al telefono e neppure alle email. Ho prenotato e pagato un biglietto online per la tratta notturna delle 4 lugano Malpensa ma il pullman non è mai arrivato rischiando di perdere il volo! Ho scritto ma nessuno mi ha mai risposto!! Scriverò in comune per segnalare.
Arrivati a Malpensa, alla richiesta del costo ci è stato risposto "25". Salvo poi scoprire che sarebbero potuti essere 25 chf, e non euro, e sentirsi dire canzonatoriamente che c'era stato specificato. E.g.: altri servizi che hanno un po' più di attenzione al cliente alla domanda sul prezzo rispondono chiedendo se si intende pagare in euro o franchi.
Semplicemente infelice. Mai più. Autista che fuma nel bus mentre guida, invia messaggi dal cellulare, invadente e strafottente. Pensa solo ad andare a donne (dichiarato apertamente durante il viaggio ai clienti...). Paghi la tratta 25 franchi ma poi ti rendi conto che il biglietto erogato riporta 20 (tariffa ridotta). Gli altri 5 franchi dove vanno a finire? Prima e ultima volta! E' un insulto viaggiare con loro.
Nessuna mail di conferma, nessun supporto telefonico. Non si lavora così.
Hanno preso i soldi e non mi hanno più richiamato. Ho telefonato e non risponde nessuno. Ho mandato una e mail e non risponde nessuno.
