I would give no star if that was an option. I came first to ask what was the exchange rate for 5000 euros in relation fo CHF. The guy at the counter consulted his supervisor and gave the rate of 1.076 CHF for 1 euro in writing. I went to a bank across the street and in less then 20 minutes brought the money to Lugachange SA. I was shocked to hear that the rate has suddenly changed to 1.067 CHF. I asked for the correction but they would not honor the original rate, changing the excuse story that they made mistake/permuted digits 6 & 7. For exchange of larger sum of money this place is not to be trusted.

Veramente professionali, gentilissimi e avendo chiesto in più posti a Lugano per un'operazione importante, devo ammettere che sono stati nettamente i migliori.
Ormai è diverso tempo che mi rivolgo a loro, sia per lavoro, sia per necessità personale e il cambio è sempre ottimo e molto più concorrenziale rispetto alle banche della piazza ma migliore anche di buona parte della concorrenza. Il personale è cordiale e competente. Valutazione da parte mia più che positiva, valutazione da parte dei miei clienti (i quali cambiamo soprattutto grossi importi) più che soddisfacente! Punteggio pieno!
