This gym is beyond perfect! It gives you everything you need. The staff is very professional and very helpful. You actually feel that they take care of you, and you can see results very fast (depending on what you would like to achieve). What I also like is that they take care of the equipment, they always invest, during the spring/summer period you can also do a lot of outdoor activities together with other members, courses are just amazing. Too bad I don't live anymore in Lugano, but for those who do - please, give it a try, you will not be sorry!
Amaizing gym in a perfect location
Macchinari nuovi, pulizia eccellente, istruttori e istruttrici preparati e disponibili. Mini class super. Bravissimi anche per fisioterapia. Centrifugati da favola!!

E carino ma un po caro e molto gentile e cortese il personale ma come scelta personale sceglierei un altra palestra.
A differenza di altre palestre non si fanno mai code per gli attrezzi , nessuno ti sta con il fiato sul collo e nessuno che rompe le palle . Un paradiso per chi si vuole allenare tranquillamente e seriamente . Personale cordiale e competente .
