In my opinion, the gym with the best quality-price ratio in Lugano. Maybe it’s a bit more expensive than other gyms in Lugano, but after 2 years I can say that the little price difference is worth it: it’s not so much crowd, you can find the best new machines, the staff is friendly and always helpful, and best of all, you have your own locker, they clean your dirty t-shirt and provide you clean towels. So, you have not excuse to not training. My first year in Lugano I was tempted by a supercheap offer of a “big chain” gym and the experience was very bad : maybe I saved 300 CHF, but the most of the days I didn’t want to go, because it was full of people and I had to wait more than 3 turns to use every single machine. For all these reasons, I would absolutely recommend it.
The friendliest/quickest place to get in shape. Top equipment and gorgeous environment. Your dirty fitness-wear gets washed overnight and you can sauna or enjoy a massage. Wonderful design and spotlessly clean. There is PT's like Riky and group training (like Yoga with Olga) to prepare you for personal goals or beach-season. And ... nuts and tea for those suger lows. :)
Palestra perfetta, ottimo design, molto intima e perfettamente pulita. Istruttori preparatissimi. Il vantaggio di avere un armadietto personale ed un servizio di lavanderia è unico e permette la massima libertà. Ottima preparazione per corsa e trail running! Grazie ragazzi per il lavoro che fate!
Modernissima palestra, dotata di lavanderia personale, entrata ad impronte digitale e una strumentazione direi perfetta su ogni macchinario isotonico. Palestra ideale se si vuole comfort ed essere sempre leggeri, perchè entri una volta con i tuoi vestiti e li resteranno. L’unica pecca sono i prezzi che non sono i piu economici che si possano trovare, ma per rapporto alla qualitá offerti sono giusti.
Gli orari d'apertura molto ampi permettono la massima flessibilità, l'attrezzatura è ok e ci sono tanti altre servizi accessori
MI sono sempre trovata benissimo, ormai sono anni che la frequento, davvero consigliata
Numero chiuso. Impianto a disposizione degli iscritti quasi 24 su 24. Servizio lavanderia. Personale caratterizzato da altissimo livello professionale. Luogo perfetto per allenarsi.
