Great, super-friendly service, cute decor and AMAZING food. Always super busy, but even if they’ve sold out of my “favorite” thing they’ll have something else that then becomes my new favorite. It’s always fresh and the coffee is one of the FEW really excellent coffees in Lugano.
It's Italian franchising chain with nice decor, vast choice of products but highly overpriced for the quality of drinks and food in this rural area of Lugano. A spoon of whipped cream on top of your drink 2.5 chf is a rip off. Despite it's out of beaten tracks there is not available parking for guests.
