The most horrible service that I have ever seen in my life. When I entered to ask a question, I was told to go out to the staircase, and the personnel had the conversation with me over the threshold (I was staying on the staircase and an employee was staying inside the office keeping the door between us half-open). I never felt such a disrespect and I was totally shocked. I do not wish such an experience to anybody. Very nearby there are several places, which do the same job, with much more polite and friendly stuff. No need to say that I chose to go there.
