Even for this time of year (Late February) quite a few were blooming, or even bloomed out. The yellow must be later, but the variegated red/white were stunning.

Beautiful park with a lot of trees and flowers. It has direct access to the lake with a sand beach. There are restrooms and toilets as well as a playground for kids and a kiosk.

Visiting here is a lovely way to spend an hour. It's right on the lake, and if you time it correctly, many flowers will be out.

Beautiful Camellias everywhere! Tips how to grow one. Old one, new one, big one, little one. Even if you don't like the flowers, you will be enchanted at the end!

The Barefoot Travellers

..the park is beautifully maintained, and these time of the year the camelies are all on flower. The entrance is free, but theres an opening and closing time. The park is perfect to chill, read a book, or just have your peace. It ends on the lakeside with the public beach. It worth a visit!..
