Absolute worst company. If you thought Swiss companies were trustworthy, honest and beyond reproach, then you have not met Localsearch.ch. They are at the complete opposite end of the spectrum. They excel in lying and stealing your money. Do not trust them. Get out now.

Terrible, unfair and aggressive sales methods, 3 years contracts and even after that the contract extends to yearly contract if you do nothing. They send the invoice after the time when you can actually cancel with no for warning. Customer service says which you can't end before the term, making reference to the terms and conditions (small print). Just spent 3x almost 20 minutes in the phone cue to finally talk to someone.

Horrible experience. Very bad customer service, a person from this company called me for an appointment but without sending me the appointment confirmation, and I tried to find this person by calling, no one can help. After reading so many bad comments, I decide not working with them. That it is.
They will cheat and lie to get your business. Do not trust them. Get out now.

If there are was 0 star option then I will give that to this company. They know who to trick people in their trap. their smart sales people sell you long contract for close to no service. One of the worst companies around.
