First off the interiors look amazing, everything is golden and sparkling. They even have a tap with chocolate flowing through constantly. The prices are of course not on the cheap end. The waffles were great but the full portion was too small in my opinion. Two half portions seemed like a better deal to get. The hot chocolate was good but nothing very impressive. The staff seemed rude especially when the customers didn't speak German and were trying to communicate in English. There was also a mix up in the orders and it overall seemed a bit under organized. The screens displaying the menu were flickering constantly and it was very distracting to make a choice.
