Overall good/very good but read below. Very poor intake process. The person dealing with my offer was slow/unresponsive and had to chase him multiple times,which is not right, especially when you are spending this kind of money- or any money, for that matter. On the plus side, I was able to receive an offer without having some cheesy salesperson turn up at my house (yay). I was able to just send them pictures of my water pipes through my mobile and then get an offer. Why should it be more complicated than that. It doesn’t need to be but sales guys prefer to be in your house, trying to win you over. I would have rated this company lower however the installer I had (Sacha Stettler- Swiss German guy) was exceptionally good. Professional, precise and confident. Amazing finish and installation and if I'm honest, I was expecting less given that this isn't overpriced like many of the competitors. On the minus side (product), the machine looks and feels cheap (plastic, etc) however, I believe it will serve its purpose just fine and doesn't warrant the extra 1,000s of chuffs for glossy, high-end finish...especially considering it will be in my laundry room which isn't exactly \high-end\. My advice having had 5 offers...don’t buy into the sales pitches from the high-end companies...this is only a simple water softener. Period. The main concern, in my opinion, is making sure you get someone as good as I did (Sacha), to do a thorough installation. Bravo.

Heute wurde unsere neue Enthärtungsanlage – Moana geliefert und montiert. Es ist mir ein sehr grossen Anliegen, Herrn Stettler der uns die Anlage fachmännisch installiert hat, lobenswert zu erwähnen. Herr Stettler arbeitet sehr professionell, sauber und speditiv. Ich bin selbst Instandhalter und habe daher eher höhere Ansprüche an die Monteure…weshalb es mir auch so wichtig erscheint, dies fest zu halten. Herzlichen Dank Herr Stettler für diese tolle Arbeit! Das Gerät ist nun in Betrieb und es sieht TOP aus. Rundum zufrieden, kann ich nur empfehlen!

Das Auftreten war freundlich, kompetent und angenehm. Alle Fragen und noch mehr wurden im konstruktiven Gespräch geklärt. Man spürt dass Herr Kuehni mit Freude bei der Arbeit ist.
