Very clean for a public transport center. Lots of good places and choices of food to eat. Very easy to navigate and pretty easy to get around even when crowded. And it probably doesn't need to be said..But its Switzerland and the trains are Always on time! Do not be late haha!

One of the most beautiful stations i've ever seen.
Easy to find information about train departures and arrivals.
Central location. Efficient connections with tram and bus. Timely trains, trams and busses. As usual in Switzerland. Parking around but expensive. As usual in Switzerland Baggage lockers available. And from the comments, they seem to be renewed and safe. Lots of shops, mainly food, in the station. But as you are in the city center, much more and better choices outside. Smoking areas can still be disturbing to kids and non smokers like us. A smoking ban in all public places is expected in all Switzerland soon. Station is pretty safe, but as always, be careful. Enjoy your trip!
Very good all in all. The public space outside the station works well especially because it's covered by the curved transparent and light roof. The modern look of this shelter contrasts favorably with the old Church of the Holy Spirit that appears through the roof. The station below is very organized. The huge train info panel just faces you when you enter. It is always very easy to find your train. The eating and shopping area on the lower level is quite versatile and, believe it or not, you can buy some cheap clothes in a few shops here.

A well connected station to travel all over Europe and Switzerland. Change office train is easy even if you have luggage.
Great Transportation system. Also the hotel gave us a pass for the duration of our stay. Make sure to download the app \Bern welcome
