The staff was very helpful with changing the room according to our needs, the spa choices is great and with Covid the number of each spa room is limited which is great. Also loved the pools and outdoor sauna. The nature behind is quite amazing too. But after all it's a 3 stars hotel, I'm sure the decor is the same as when the hotel was built 30 years ago, after three nights in the sofa bed we both developed back pain. Breakfast is mediocre. In general I can recommend this spa, it's clean and nice and affordable

Great stay, you might prefer south side if space is available. Many choices to relax in the way you wish, room dinner if tired, was altogether a good experience. Restaurant can get quickly overloaded, thats why the room service can come in handy.
Nice pool / nice massage / nice food BUT - for the pool : way too much people during this COVID time. It was full and impossible to swim and impossible to respect social distancing ! - for the massage team : the receptionist was really nice and welcoming but the masseurs : it will be better to be a little bit more polite & caring. Calling people with Mr X or Mrs X and to use polite phrase while talking to clients is a good suggestion. - for the restaurant : a little messy and poorly organized or under-teamed ?
Amazing 3-days trip. Best Thermal bath I've visited in Switzerland. Baths with several jets of different intensities with a great view to the mountains. One can fully relax in this environment, especially in the bubble beds (loved it). The SPA seemed very new, and it has great conditions. Fully recommend. The installations were properly cleaned. i Also recommend the restaurant for the service and food.
Need some renovation works at the reception hall... Fresh look... Regarding apartments, the bathroom and kitchen need also some renovation.
Wonderful place to relax and reconnect. The visit is worth for the baths alone; spa services are excellent, as all the rest. Nice surroundings for walks or hikes. Studio accomodation are really comfortable! Staff kind and available. I definitely recommend in summer as well as in winter!
I’m a regular visitor and I’ve noticed some interesting improvements by the direction: 1. Restaurant : food is excellent and staff very friendly 2. SPA : is bigger than it used to be, much lighter and modern. 3. Marketing/Communication : more present on the social network and great offers are proposed. On the other hand, the rooms need to be modernized especially the bed. As usual the view is spectacular! We’ve enjoyed our stay.
Room was great but hotel is currently a COVID nightmare. Staff won't touch your bathrobe or spa bracelet but have no problem with restaurant staff wearing masks improperly, or hanging off one ear, or as an armband. The breakfast buffet is a nightmare with guests all using same tongs to take croissants, and staff laying the tongs across the croissants. Restaurant totally disorganized, none of the meals came at the same time, servers kept trying to give us food from other orders in spite of the number of the table being clearly displayed. It was fine for one night but I'd have been highly disappointed if staying longer.
