We booked an appartment for 11 people in February 2021. During the free cancellation period (back in October 2020), I called and asked if we could cancel in case the Swiss government would impose a lockdown, I was told yes by their staff. Then came mid-January 2021 and indeed the Swiss government imposed a lockdown and limited private gathering to 5 people. On top of that, the restaurant, shops and thermal pool were closed in Ovronnaz so I called to cancel. To my VERY BAD SURPRISE, I was told it was not possible and that I should paid a 300.- CHF cancellation fees. No matters my explanation, the very usual situation and written prove that I was told I could cancel, they did not want to hear anything. I don't really care about the amount but I found such service extremelly poor and behaviour dishonnest. It is lies with on top stuborness and no interest to care about curstomers.
