At night, quite a cold place... no plants and no contact with the chef. good and very fresh sushi but very limited choice (maguro, sake and hamachi) Totally disappointed by the overcooked teppanyaki, we tried the beef and salmon but both had the same very swiss’ side Vegetables. Globally, a lack of delicacy. Sushi for jet-setters ? Nice staff but do not take the table next to the kitchen door if you want some privacy !

Every year we stay in the hotel and have some great food at Hinata. I know they have a great menu, but we are always choosing of taking the Menu du Chef with great plum wine.

Been here a few times for international conferences! Food is always clean tasting and healthy feeling. Would love more seafood options. Be ready to pay a price, the location is already something that shoupd give you that hint.

Très bon restaurant japonais de la Riviera. Service accueillant, raffiné, agréable et dynamique. Sushi classique mais bien exécuté, la tempura était très bonne. La petite dégustation de saké était agréable et intéressante. La vue, depuis la terrasse, est imprenable. Toutes les heures le paysage change de couleurs en fonction du coucher du soleil. Juste magnifique, de pouvoir profiter du paysage en buvant tranquillement son thé. Première expérience et sûrement pas la dernière.

Joli restaurant. Nous y sommes allé le soir mais je pense qu'avec la lumière du jour la vue doit être magnifique. Nous y avons très bien mangé. Le personnel est serviable et agréable.
