People usually publish only negative feedbacks about rent-a-cars, and simply forget to mention cases when everything worked as expected. My experience with Avis in short is othing to complaint about\. Check-out was fast and I got answers to all my questions in flawless English. We got a new shiny Toyota Minivan (I forgot exact model). Check-in was even faster (well we had some hard time finding an entrance into Secteur France, but that is not Avis fault and I knew it might be tricky). Car was inspected in a minute or so, we were told that everything is Ok and we may go. I was charged exactly as agreed. Will rent my next car from there.

Can't cross the border from here without a boarding pass and this is not at all indicated on the website or when you drive in from Ferney. If you plan to take the train, forget about it.

C'est un parking d'aéroport qui s'est avéré excessivement cher et en travaux (accès au terminal) Attention à contrôler les prix sur leur site avant de vous y rendre, c'est moins cher côté Suisse

Attention, ça n'est pas le parking pour rendre une voiture de location secteur France. C'est le parking du centre commercial. Le parking secteur France pour rendre une voiture de location est très mal indiqué, il faut prendre la sortie 7 puis passer la frontière en prenant la route de Fenay. J'ai dû rendre ma voiture côté Suisse et l'agence facture 300FCH dans ce cas.
