I have a old well-used laptop, that I was sure had reached its life's end. Everything about it was faulty and slow, even opening a simple word file was a slow, time-taking effort. But I reached out to Gui at Tech Help and I cannot believe this new lease of life that my old laptop has received! I am typing this review on the same laptop, currently it feels and works better than even when it was new! It needs to be seen to be believed, I really thought I got a new laptop in exchange and literally tilted the lid to confirm from the stickers I pasted, that it really was the same device. I would have been just happy even if the laptop booted/started without a lot of delay, but I did not expect the upgraded/functioning and efficient device I now have been gifted with!!!!!
