Very professional and cooperative. The only problem which I felt was that they were expensive. 1 ear ring (not a pair) was for 30 francs. Barring that, I feel they were super good and helpful.

I went there to get my septum pierced early in January and the lady who did my piercing was extremely friendly, she answered all my questions without hesitation, she placed it beautifully, the space was clean she wore gloves. She knew exactly what she was doing and there was a check up 3 weeks later so she could see how the piercing was healing. Very professional and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a piercing parlor in lausanne and I'll definitely be returning for more piercings myself.

Je suis venu pour me racheter un nouveau bijou car le mien ne pouvais pas se retourner dans mon nez. Bien que je ne m'étais pas fais percer mon septum là bas, le vendeur/perceur m'a proposé d'élargir le mien. Et gratuitement ! J'ai trouvé cela vraiment très gentil et professionnel de sa part ! Vous avez gagné un client qui viendra vous acheter des bijoux après sa cicatrisation ;) Je recommande cette adresse rien que pour l'accueil, le professionnalisme et la sympathie ! Tellement gentils, rapides, concis et rassurants. Mon piercing au nombril se porte tellement bien, c’est le premier piercing qui ne me pose aucun problème. Je ne le sens même pas! Merci beaucoup
