If you're looking for fine dining in a cool location, Sardine is the place for you! The modern and nice decor, the tasty food and the friendly staff should be enough reasons to pay this place a visit. If not, maybe the gin&tonic cocktails will convince you. Have to repeat that food is really delicious.

Not a bad experience but I wouldn’t go back. Fail on the “local ingredients” concept and long waiting times. We had a nice table outside, unfortunately with dirty napkins, and had a nice welcome by the waitress offering us an aperitif that arrived about 20 minutes later. Taking our food order, she forgot to ask us about wine and left. after a few attempts we finally caught her to order wine after our starter was already finished. The staff was nice but mentioned various times that they were very stressed, maybe some additional Staff would be necessary to make the experiment better. Food was good, rather cold, and we initially expected local ingredients as advertised in their “local strategy”(tuna, sardine, shrimps, crab ?) . Was sad to see not one Swiss wine one the menu (limited Swiss wines in their cellar apparently, if it’s a local concept why don’t they highlight local Producers?). When we asked about their local food concept they said that they are trying to change their strategy, but for the moment they get expensive “good stuff” from Portugal and Italy. All in all not a bad experience, but not one to repeat necessarily, the concept is clearly lacking and more staff would be helpful to make the experience enjoyable and avoid long waiting times.
Very nice atmosphere and great food. The staff was extremely friendly and made us feel right at home. The gin recommendations were also spot on. We'll definitely return.
Beautiful location/interieur and friendly staff. Food: The very small selection of food makes you expecting that all the dishes are very exquisite... furthermore the prices (which are just more than unusual) boosts the expectations. (E.g. 72.- for St. Jacques...). However the starter was good (salmon) but the gnocchi with some kind of “morilles” sauce, I just found very strange and not tasty... (if I remember right the gnocchi where 39.-... the cheapest main dish). ...i cannot recommend... until they get food and prices right.
Quelle merveilleuse découverte ! Nous venions en nous réjouissant de découvrir un nouvel endroit mais nous ne nous attendions pas à ça ! L'entrée, le plat et le dessert étaient absolument exquis, travaillés, frais, originaux et incroyablement bien présentés ! Merci pour la soirée que nous avons pu passer grave à votre belle carte ! A cela s'ajoute une jolie terrasse très cosy et intime. Un vrai coup de coeur !!
Quelle belle surprise ! Nouveau restaurant qui remplace le Bellini. A l’arrivée la belle terrasse semble similaire à l’ancienne enseigne et l’ambiance également. La carte arrive, 3 entrées, 3 plats et 4 desserts. Et quand les plats arrivent, c’est un régal tant sur le plan visuel que sur le plan gustatif. Nous nous sommes régalés du début à la fin. La cuisson du magret de canard et des poissons était parfaite. Le mélange des saveurs surprenant mais parfaitement maîtrisé. Une très belle découverte. Le service était attentionné et très professionnel. J’ai hâte d’y retourner.
