Reasonable prices, High quality and friendly service I must especially mentioned owner of shop is so friendly and helpful. I doubt that you can find another store with this level of expertize combined with the outstanding individual recommendations without being pushed to purchase a more expensive gear than what you really need. However, this comes at a price that is your waiting time. There are two staff members there but only the boss will give you the final price for most items. I find this considerably annoying given the level of expertize is equivalent between both staff members. This practice (whatever the reason is) extends further your waiting time. Whilst you may have decided which gear you will purchase after discussing with a staff member, if that wasn't the boss, you'll have to wait for him to give you the final price and that could be quite long if he just started serving another client. In my case, that went for an hour ... Yes, one hour to get the total price for a camera body and 3 lenses. I would definitely give a 5th star is this were to change.

The best place to get your new or 2nd hand photo equipment & accessories on Swiss Romand. Good advice. Although the dark haired lady will sometimes show you the \older/less attractive\ 2nd hand lens before showing g you another better one at same price. So do question it, especially if older man is I hearing distance.....
