Worst customer service ever. So I went there on Sunday, purchased a ticket on the machine but encountered an error code after successfully paid in full. I asked politely if they can issue me a ticket as my payment was accepted (shown as paid successfully) and the seat I chose was marked as eserved\ on the screen. However, I was treated like a thief and the manager was yelling at me the whole time, saying with utter disdain it was only 20 franc and suggested to make another purchase, saying she would issue a refund the next day if I sent her a screenshot from my bank statement indicating the payment was made successfully and gave me an email address. She claimed that she couldn't find my payment on the record, but when asked what name was shown for the reservation of the seat I had chosen (I never entered my name as the error code prevented me from completing the transaction), she couldn't answer and started yelling in French, pretending she couldn't speak English. I asked politely in the email with screenshot attach, never got a reply. No confirmation or apology. Will never go there again. To the manager, you can keep the 20 franc and take a course to improve your manner. I pity you.

Well, each hall for the movies were quite small. Non of the halls were marked with what movie was playing in it either, which could lead to some confusion. All seats have to be picked beforehand as well and as far as I could see( may have not noticed it tbf) the rows weren't marked either. I mean,it served it's purpose but for what you pay I suppose I was expecting a bit more. And pro tip: DO NOT PARK AT THE TRAIN STATION parking garage. Almost 18 chf for the time it took to watch the film️

La fameuse invasion Des ours en Sicilie. Super fable animation. Very comfortable theatre. About 3x the price in North America

Not much legroom and the theatre was far too hot. Otherwise the rest of the facilities are just standard cinema things so no complaints.

Good venue showing a combination of French and English language films from blockbusters to independent movies. Only negative is lack of staff in the foyer leading to frustration and queues. How can you have 3 staff, 2 on the desk and 1 checking tickets, on Saturday evening? I have been a number of times and it has always been the same. If they resolve this it would be a great venue. Hopefully quickly.

Good cinema with a variety of projections and plenty of rooms. The atmosphere's always fun and even when it does get crowded, the lines go by fast.
