What an experience, just great! I really enjoy the great service (speak English, take jacket, offer drink, etc.). Elena and her team know what they are doing and are very professional. They explain very precisely the steps and why certain skin problems can arise. I have now finished the second treatment of peeling and dermastamp and I am very satisfied. Already during the first treatment I noticed a big improvement, but even more after the second! Very satisfied with the price-performance ratio

I booked a 'Nettoyage Premium' which lasted just under two hours and am extremely satisfied with the end-result! Institut de beauté très propre et bien décoré, on se sent bien dès que l'on y rentre. Les esthéticiennes sont très à l'écoute et prennent du temps pour comprendre ce que l'on cherche exactement comme soin pour embellir notre visage ou notre corps. Je recommande à 100 % cet établissement.

Les esthéticiennes sont performantes et sympathiques. Cependant, malgré le fait d'être une cliente fidèle et surtout dans les circonstances exceptionnelles du fait du covid, les annulations de dernières minutes sont facturées à hauteur de 50% de la prestation demandée. J'ai dû annulé pour maladie à la sortie du docteur et dans l'attente des résultats covid. J'ai reporté le rdv et j'ai dû payer en plus pour mon annulation. Prenez le risque de contaminer les professionnels sinon ils vous feront payer ce qui paraît être une \amende\ annulation... D'ailleurs pas sûre que ça soit très légal lorsque l'annulation est due à une maladie et peut être justifiée par un certificat. Quoiqu'il en soit, le bon client n'est pas traité à sa juste valeur et si vous êtes covidé(e)s évitez cet établissement !!
